Our organization has been testing numerous manufacturer products for military and first responder applications for many years. We have also been asked to test products and to provide safety recommendations for use in the recreational market as well.

Our National Purchase Program (NPP) consists of many of these manufacturers' products and those we have agreements with allowing us to purchase their products at cost for our rescue personnel. Some of these companies allow us to barter the products with other sponsors as an Employee Benefit Program, which lessens the financial burdens on all of us who work for a living.

Joining is simple.

An Individual can make an annual donation of $25 or a one time donation of $100  to the USMSI and enjoy the benefits of the NPP.

        OR

Corporate/Individual donations of $1000 will enter you into our Circle of 100 and will extend the purchase program benefits to your entire staff or family.

By Joining and buying through our National Purchase Program, you will enjoy savings of 20% to 50% off of many tested and tried products, most made in the USA.  We have an extensive catalogue of companies and products we have used for years. Categories range from Truck and Miscellaneous Vehicle Accessories, Watches/Time Pieces/GPS Tracking and Fitness Trackers, Mountain, Road Bikes, Racks & Gear, Camping Gear/Packs/Boots/Knives/Hiking Apparel, Canoes/Kayaks/ SUPs and Paddle Gear, Motorcycle Aftermarket Products, and more.
